Hi I’m Mia

My fitness journey didn’t start off perfectly. In fact, it began with obsession tracking every single thing I ate, pushing myself to train constantly, and feeling overwhelming guilt if I missed a workout. It reached a point where I was binge eating, unhappy, and disconnected from my body.

Now I train less than I used to, I don’t track my food, I don’t do cardio and I’ve finally achieved the body I always dreamed of. Why? Because I learned to listen to my body, not fight it. The fitness world is full of noise telling you that you have to track everything, do endless cardio, and train like a bodybuilder. But that’s just not true. Most of us aren’t trying to compete we just want to feel good, look in the mirror and be proud of what we see, and move through life with confidence.

I believe in doing fitness in a way that’s sustainable, healthy and realistic. I’m a qualified yoga teacher, currently studying to qualify in Pilates and Barre. I also hold a Level 4 Nutrition qualification and I’m completing my Level 3 Exercise Referral course to expand my knowledge even further. I’m also a qualified swimming teacher and a dancer so movement has always been a huge part of who I am. Whether it’s through strength training, yoga or outdoor walks, I simply love moving my body in different ways.

Above all, my passion is helping people. Teaching, guiding and supporting others to thrive lights me up. If I can help just one person feel more confident in themselves, then I know I’m doing what I was meant to do.

  • Not unless you want to! I believe in flexible, sustainable nutrition that fits your lifestyle. If counting macros or calories works for you, I can guide you through it. But if it feels stressful or overwhelming, we’ll focus on mindful eating and balanced habits instead.

  • Yes! Life happens, and I totally understand if you need to pause or cancel coaching for any reason. You can cancel anytime before your next payment date.

  • No problem at all! Your nutrition plan will be tailored to your dietary preferences and any restrictions you have. I’ll make sure you get the nutrients you need while enjoying the foods you love. Plus I was a vegetarian for 5 years myself so I understand how important it is to get the right nutrients in!
