By purchasing, subscribing, or accessing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Coached by Mendes ("we", "us", or "our") is a fitness coaching business offering personalised training programmes, downloadable plans, and exclusive access to a private member area hosted on our coaching app. Our platform is supported by our website www.coachedbymendes.com, which provides general information and access to available products and services.

2. Services Overview

We offer two primary services:

2.1 Downloadable Fitness Plans

Downloadable plans are available for one-time purchase via our website. These are delivered digitally and do not include access to our coaching app or personalised support unless explicitly stated.

2.2 Monthly Coaching Membership

Our monthly coaching membership includes personalised support, training plans, and access to the members-only area of the Coached by Mendes app.

  • Access to the app is not immediate upon subscription. We manually create each member profile to ensure a tailored experience.

  • Login details will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout within 72 hours of purchase.

  • Access to the app and all related services will remain active only while your subscription is current and payment is successful.

3. Membership and Account Access

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or content with any third party.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Renewals

  • Subscription payments are collected on a recurring monthly basis unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.

  • If your payment fails, access to your account and app features may be paused or terminated.

  • Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on coaching services or digital downloads once access has been granted or files have been delivered.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

All training and nutrition guidance provided by Coached by Mendes is intended for educational purposes only. We strongly recommend that you consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme.

By using our services, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Coached by Mendes, including but not limited to training programmes, PDFs, guides, app content, and branding, is the intellectual property of Coached by Mendes. It may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unlawful or inappropriate conduct.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
